The Great Debate

9/30 - We had one adventure after another though most of it was leftovers from the weekend. One sound after another "burst" forth from VW today.

10/2 - VW had a great day. He was very excited for Happy Feet and asked when it was several times.

10/3 - VW had an enjoyable day. he loved running races in the hall. (He always wins.) And the play dough was very messy but oh so fun to play with!

10/7 – VW was a challenge, though he did his work well and did well in Chapel. His mouth was out of control. And he was BOSSY! (Oh My!) Making square corners and even lines is a challenge when drawing squares.

10/8 - VW had a better day with me. He tried to hurry through classwork. Unfortunately for him I required a bit more detail.

10/9 – VW had a fun and active day. We practiced crawling across our room pretending it was full of smoke. We stopped-dropped and rolled too. Any physical activity gets his attention quickly.

10/10 – VW had a typical VW day! His interest shifted from center to center. He enjoyed our project; journal work was easy-peasy. And “I forgot” the playground rules! Oops. Time Out!

10/11 - VWs show-n-tell is awesome! There was a major problem when he shot a "bullet" into the mouth of a dragon motorcycle another child brought. The bullet got stuck and it took a lot of poking-shaking and pulling to get it out.

10/14 - VW will be great on the debate team in High School! He had a good day. He was wiggly in Chapel, did nicely in his workbook, and mixed interesting colors for his angel.

10/15 - VW had his moments of glory (and did well the rest of the time). Playing in the gym was rough and earned his a Time Out.

10/16 - VW had a fun day. He got excercise outside on the playground and at Happy Feet. He was a bit mouthy and pushy today (more than one Time Out today).

10/17 - VW really enjoyed the Story Teller and participating in telling the stores. VW was very loud today. And was in Time Out. But, he had fun!

10/18 - VW is so excited I can hardly stand it! He showed his rectangle monster trucks for show-n-tell. The day has been non-stop motion and talking. Have a great weekend with Nana and Papa!
