Dinosaur Tape

DG has quite the imagination. He constantly tells us about what and "who" he sees when he is in bed at night. Most nights he sleeps with a shoot-gun, sword, and/or flashlight among his puppy, blankie and stuffed animals galore.

DG had a fit about the smoke alarm in his room, even after Daddy covered the blinking light. I assured him everything is okay and it is there to keep you safe. Roll over, close your eyes and go to sleep. God is with you and protects. You won't let anything happen to you. However, he is passionately, insistent that "it is watching me!"

One night DG was so concerned and adamant that we needed to stop the dinosaur in the wall. It's a baby dinosaur and his mommy, but must be stopped. Thankful Daddy had some "dinosaur tape" and came to the rescue.

An "X" on the spot they enter the room should do. 

And, of course, VW must have some protection too!

We say our prayers for comfort, protection, and for all the amazing things God has given us...our warm, comfy beds and home, yummy food, our brother. Then we dim the lights, close the door and sleep peacefully...as long as we have our sword for protection!
